Prosecco Master Class in Shanghai with Mr. Cassidy Dart MW
Asia Beverage Media Group is proud to invite distributors and wine buyers to its Prosecco Master Class in Shanghai happening this Friday, June 18th.
This Master Class will be held by Mr. Cassidy Dart, one of only five Masters of Wine in China. He will lead the presentation and tasting of four Proseccos and sweet sparkling labels from Villa Sandi, newly released for the Chinese market.
Access to a New Prosecco Rosé
In this Master Class, Villa Sandi will introduce its newest Prosecco Rosé. Made from the same grape variants as classic Prosecco – a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir – Prosecco Rosé follows the stringent production regulations required for a Prosecco DOC. In addition, two other Proseccos of varying style and one sweet sparkling will be presented in the Master Class, along with a famous Cabernet Franc from the Borgo Conventi winery in Italy’s Friuli Venezia Giulia production region.
